MEET MONIQUE

Monique is a degree-qualified Naturopath and an accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association. She also holds a Masters qualification in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (NLP).

She works with women experiencing stressed nervous systems, who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, hormonally out of balance, or disconnected from their bodies, often as a result of prolonged stress.

Many of the women Monique works with are naturally sensitive, intuitive, and emotionally aware of their stress, yet don’t know how to support their nervous systems. Sensitivity can also show up in high-functioning women who are constantly busy and rarely rest-their nervous systems may be overstimulated or burned out, even if everything appears “fine” on the outside.

When a sensitive nervous system isn’t regulated or supported, this can manifest as anxiety, exhaustion, nutrient depletion, hormonal imbalance, digestive challenges, or sleep disruption.

Monique’s approach works with your nervous system to gently restore balance. She helps women regulate their nervous system through sustainable tools, lab-guided insights, and personalised lifestyle and diet strategies- not trying to ‘fix’ you but support your body and mind to feel calmer, more connected and more like yourself.

Having navigated her own sensitive nature, chronic anxiety and hormone imbalance, Monique continues to nurture her own nervous system in daily life, putting tools in place when things get out of balance. Sensitivity isn’t a flaw- it’s a trait to honour and regulate throughout life- you can often sometimes feel lost when you don’t know how best to support yourself- that’s where Monique comes in.
